How long does it take to make a flag?
Every flag is made to order. Standard flags ship within 1-2 weeks. Custom flags with personalized text or designs ship within 2-3 weeks.
Can I get a custom flag?
Absolutely. Select the Custom Personalized Flag option and leave your customization details in the order notes at checkout — badge number, department name, K9 name, fallen officer name, or anything else. I will reach out to confirm before building.
What sizes are available?
Flags are available in three sizes: Small (18x12 inches), Medium (24x16 inches), and Large (36x24 inches). All sizes include wall mount hardware.
What is each flag made from?
Each flag is made from natural pine wood. The frame is hand-burned with a propane torch to bring out the grain and create a dark walnut finish. The slats are hand-cut, hand-painted, and assembled by hand. No two flags are identical.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes — we ship across the entire United States. Every order includes a tracking number and is carefully packed to protect the flag during transit.
What if my flag arrives damaged?
