Damaged or Defective Items

If your flag arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no questions asked.

Made-to-Order Policy

Because every flag is handmade specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on non-defective items. Each piece is built to order and cannot be resold. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

Custom Orders

Custom personalized flags (with badge numbers, names, or department text) are final sale. We will confirm all custom details with you before building to ensure accuracy.
